When you see...you can download, or get from HERE, that is a link that will send you to 4Shared for your download.  I use the free version of 4Shared, and have found that they do not make that version the most user friendly...thus...this tutorial...

This is the first Screen you will come to.

Click on the blue Download Now

 Next is this screen.

Click on Slow Download

(I know...it's sad - maybe someday we will become premium!  HA)

 Next you will have to see how long you have to wait for your download.

In this screen shot - it tells you to Please wait 13 sec to download this file.

 And FINALLY!  We are there!

Click Download file now

and your file will download for you.
